Are you a bright, ambitious graduate looking to build a career in commercial marketing? Do you have a 2:1 degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Business, Sales or a related discipline? Perhaps you've completed an industrial placement or internship, or have around a year's commercial or marketing experience and are now looking for a role where you can really develop. We're looking for someone who is commercially switched-on, highly organised, confident and eager to learn to join an international marketing team supporting a growing division across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants genuine exposure to trade marketing, product launches, campaign development, commercial marketing, events, agencies and European markets.

The Role

Working closely with product management and regional marketing teams across Europe, you'll play an important role in helping develop and deliver marketing activity that supports new product launches and commercial growth. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of marketing disciplines, whilst taking ownership of your own projects and building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with EMEA Product Management teams to create effective marketing support materials for new product launches.
  • Build strong relationships with European marketing teams, supporting local implementation and translation of marketing materials.
  • Help develop campaigns and supporting marketing assets to drive growth within the division.
  • Liaise with external marketing agencies across creative, print, production and merchandising.
  • Create agency briefs and coordinate projects through to completion.
  • Take ownership of the Product Information Management system, ensuring accurate product information is maintained and supplied to downstream services including catalogues and websites.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Regional Marketing Managers to develop campaigns and promotions supporting the commercial plan.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of Pan-European conferences, events and other marketing activities.
  • Prepare quarterly press releases for new product launches.
  • Support the creation and implementation of in-store Point of Sale for key product launches.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines to ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time.

Who We're Looking For

This role is particularly suited to a high-potential graduate or early-career professional. A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in Marketing, Business Management, Business, Sales or a related subject. Someone who has completed an industrial placement or internship in marketing, commercial, sales or a related environment. An individual with approximately one year's marketing or commercial experience looking for their next step. Or simply someone with the right combination of academic achievement, commercial awareness, personality and drive. You don't need to have previous trade marketing experience. What matters is that you're bright, commercially curious and switched on, with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership.

You’ll need:

  • 2:1 degree or above, ideally in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an interest in how marketing supports business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine team-player mentality.
  • The confidence to work with internal stakeholders, European teams and external agencies.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
  • A European language in addition to English would be beneficial, but is not essential.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Bright - academically strong and able to absorb information quickly.
  • Commercial - interested in products, customers, markets and business performance.
  • Proactive - a self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Organised - able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident - comfortable communicating with people at different levels and across different countries.
  • Creative & curious - interested in how campaigns and marketing assets can influence customers.
  • Detail-focused - understands that accurate product information and high-quality marketing materials matter.
  • Ambitious - wants to develop a genuine long-term career in marketing.

Why Join?

You'll gain broad exposure to EMEA trade marketing and commercial activity, working alongside experienced product and marketing professionals across multiple European markets. For the right graduate or early-career candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to develop a career across trade marketing, brand, product and commercial marketing within a highly successful international organisation. If you're a 2:1 graduate with strong commercial instincts, plenty of energy and the ambition to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
