We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Media Consultant to join a fast-growing B2B marketing agency. You’ll manage high-impact, multi-channel campaigns for innovative clients while using data, technology and AI to drive measurable growth.
This is much more than a campaign-execution role. You’ll shape strategy, advise senior stakeholders and help influence the future of the paid media function.
What you’ll be doing
- Create integrated paid media strategies aligned with clients’ commercial goals.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Spotify.
- Transform campaign and CRM data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Work with Data and MarTech specialists to improve tracking, attribution and lead capture.
- Present strategies and performance results confidently to senior client stakeholders.
- Explore new platforms and AI tools to improve results, innovation and efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- At least three years’ experience in a B2B agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience using Reddit or Spotify Ads and incorporating AI into paid media workflows.
- A strong understanding of B2B funnels and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Confidence using GA4, Looker Studio and Excel to analyse and report on performance.
- A commercially focused, analytical and confident client-facing approach.
Experience with ABM, intent data, marketing automation or large international campaign budgets would be a bonus.
