Experience
- Supporting senior leaders, architects, or project directors
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Managing diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
- Liaising with clients, consultants, or contractors
- Maintaining documentation and tracking actions
- Microsoft Office and project management software
- Architecture/design/construction experience advantageous
