We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join our market leading client. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business supplying products across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and manage the end-to-end order process.
- Handle B2B customer enquiries and resolve complaints via telephone and email.
- Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and logistics with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, monitor service performance and prepare reports.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations and Logistics to deliver excellent customer service.
About You
- Experience in B2B customer service or sales support.
- Strong knowledge of order processing and international logistics.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems.
