Leading Engineered Systems installation Company have created a new permanent role to support significant growth. This is a very interesting and varied role working both at the Company’s depot as well as on sites around the UK. There are exceptionally good opportunities for development, qualifications and promotion, as well as increasing base pay and working overtime (paid at time-and-a-half). Joining a very friendly and well-motivated team, this role will require you to clean installed industrial systems to high quality standards, protected by strict health and safety guidelines. There will also be the need to help out the engineering teams during installations. Full training will be given for this aspect and adds to the variety of the job. This is very much an “every day is different” job with an employer who lets you use your initiative when approaching new tasks.
The Industrial Cleaner role:
- Cleaning installed systems with a range of processes including power washing equipment (full training and certification provided)
- Assist with mechanical installation duties when required.
- Driving either a 4x4 pickup or transit van when attending sites
- Manual Handling
- Working to detailed instruction to complete works to required quality standards.
Skills required for the Industrial Cleaner role:
- Previous experience of Industrial cleaning. Examples could be cleaning production machinery, cleaning food production plants, factory cleaning, cleaning wastewater systems, anaerobic digestion plant cleaning, tank cleaning, jetwashing plant machinery, environmental cleaning etc
- Must have a full UK Driving licence as you will be frequently driving company vehicles.
- Be able to read written instructions
