We are working with a well-established, friendly high street law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Probate Solicitor to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a supportive working environment with flexibility around working hours, while managing a varied private client caseload.

Working hours are across 3 days per week, with flexibility to work either:

  • 9:00am - 1:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 5:00pm

This is an office-based position.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Drafting and amending Wills
  • Estate administration matters
  • Advising clients on Powers of Attorney
  • Supporting clients through the probate process with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding probate-related property sales
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and guidance

May also have the opportunity to participate in a performance-related bonus scheme.

  • Has 2-3+ years PQE within Private Client / Wills
