We are working with a well-established, friendly high street law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Probate Solicitor to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a supportive working environment with flexibility around working hours, while managing a varied private client caseload.
Working hours are across 3 days per week, with flexibility to work either:
- 9:00am - 1:00pm
- 2:00pm - 5:00pm
This is an office-based position.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting and amending Wills
- Estate administration matters
- Advising clients on Powers of Attorney
- Supporting clients through the probate process with sensitivity and professionalism
- Liaising with internal departments regarding probate-related property sales
- Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and guidance
May also have the opportunity to participate in a performance-related bonus scheme.
