We are working with an exciting new client based in the Coleshill area who are looking to recruit Logistics Operators to join their busy warehouse and logistics team. This is a global organisation offering excellent long-term opportunities, with temporary roles expected to become permanent for the right candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Safe and efficient movement of goods across site
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials
- Supporting stock control and general warehouse operations
- Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern
- Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (8:00pm finish on Fridays)
- 36.5 hour working week
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Overtime paid at time and a half / double time (where applicable)
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Valid FLT Licence (essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
Desirable
- VNA Licence (preferred but not essential)
