We are working with an exciting new client based in the Coleshill area who are looking to recruit Logistics Operators to join their busy warehouse and logistics team. This is a global organisation offering excellent long-term opportunities, with temporary roles expected to become permanent for the right candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Safe and efficient movement of goods across site
  • Loading, unloading, and handling materials
  • Supporting stock control and general warehouse operations
  • Working to targets in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern

  • Rotating shifts (weekly rotation):
  • Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays)
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (8:00pm finish on Fridays)
  • 36.5 hour working week
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Overtime paid at time and a half / double time (where applicable)

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
  • Valid FLT Licence (essential)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment

Desirable

  • VNA Licence (preferred but not essential)
