The Role

As a Night Shift 5‑Axis CNC Miller, you’ll operate our advanced DMG Mori 5‑axis machines to produce high‑complexity, precision components for some of the world’s most demanding industries. You’ll work with challenging materials, tight tolerances, and sophisticated automation systems, playing a vital role in our 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate DMG Mori 5‑axis CNC milling machines
  • Work with pallet automation systems for lights‑out manufacturing
  • Machine high‑complexity components including motor housings, shafts, structural components, and precision assemblies
  • Process materials including titanium, aluminium alloys, and stainless steels
  • Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and program prove‑outs
