We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and manage quotations, following up on sales opportunities where required
- Process customer orders accurately using the company ERP system
- Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Assist with sales reporting and general team support
