We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Accountancy Administrator to join our team. This role is for someone who has previously worked within an accountancy practice and is confident supporting administrative and client-facing functions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a Senior Administrator, providing essential day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Administrator
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Handle client communications professionally via phone and email
  • Process and manage card payments
  • Assist with HMRC and tax-related administrative tasks
