We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the North‑East region and occasionally up to Scotland.
The Role
This is a field‑based role with a focus on coffee equipment. You will install, maintain, and repair bean‑to‑cup machines and other coffee systems, ensuring excellent service for all clients. You’ll be supported during training and expected to work independently once confident in your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair bean‑to‑cup coffee machines and related equipment
- Use company systems to log work, track tasks, and record service notes accurately
- Travel within the North‑East region and occasionally up to Scotland
- Maintain excellent customer service, acting as the professional face of the company
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures on‑site
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About You
- Hands‑on experience with coffee machines, especially bean‑to‑cup systems
- Exposure to brands such as Coffetek or similar is highly desirable
- Proven field service experience, ideally in engineering, mechanical, or electrical systems
- Confident working independently and troubleshooting on‑site
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
- Flexible approach with the willingness to travel within your area
