We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Accountancy Administrator to join our team. This role is for someone who has previously worked within an accountancy practice and is confident supporting administrative and client-facing functions in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with a Senior Administrator, providing essential day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Administrator
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Handle client communications professionally via phone and email
- Process and manage card payments
- Assist with HMRC and tax-related administrative tasks
- Support general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with internal procedures and deadlines
- Essential: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
