Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of key data templates to be used across the MAT.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the trust to ensure our data resources are working effectively.
  • Develop an enhanced knowledge of the Management Information System used throughout our academies to deliver tailored data support.
  • Support the in-depth analysis of examination and key stage results when published.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths at grade C/5 or above.
  • Experience of working in a data analysis role.
  • Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Accuracy in inputting and preparing statistical information in various formats.
  • Reliability, integrity, and experience working effectively as a team.

About the Trust

The trust currently comprises 11 academies, including secondary, primary and further education, and we are set to increase this number. Our central team underpins our success by providing efficient, compliant and forward-thinking operations. Strengthening our central services is vital to supporting growth, and investing in information and data is central to this strategy. This role is a key part of that journey. The role will predominantly be based at The Maltings Offices in Halifax.

Remuneration and Hours

Scale 6 (Points 18‑22) – Actual salary: £28,158 – £30,088 per annum. Hours: 37 hours per week (term time only plus 13 days), Monday to Friday.
