We are looking for an experienced and motivated Phlebotomist to join our friendly GP surgery team. The role involves providing high-quality phlebotomy services for our patients in a supportive and well-organised environment., To provide a high-quality phlebotomy service within a busy and fast-paced GP practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining blood samples from patients aged 15 and above, ensuring accurate patient identification and sample labelling, maintaining infection prevention and control standards, managing clinic appointments efficiently, and providing excellent patient care and communication at all times. The role requires the ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and remain calm and professional in a demanding clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a health care or clinical setting, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centred approach.
