Quantitative or Integrated Research Manager
Permanent role; full time, aligned to our Leeds or London office
Job summary
We’re looking for standout Quantitative or Integrated Research Manager\’s to join our growing team and work across a range of exciting accounts. While the role is ideal for a quantitative researcher, we also welcome integrated researchers as many of our projects at Trinity McQueen span both quantitative and qualitative disciplines.
We’re an agency that grounds our research in behavioural understanding – so you’ll have an appetite for learning more about behavioural science and applying it to your work. Observing and making the most of ‘real’ unmediated moments and leaving space for understanding beyond questioning.
You will be working with various members of the team to develop client relationships & running integrated projects – with opportunities to lead proposal writing & take part in pitching right through to managing and delivering exceptional insight for a range of clients.
About your experience
- Strong 4-5 years market research agency or client-side experience is essential
- Experience of working in FMCG, retail, leisure or financial services sector would be ideal
- Delivering insight to clients at a consistently high level
- Experience in successfully managing medium to large research projects end-to-end
- Confident in data analysis getting close to the data, having a keen eye for detail to be able to scrutinise insights
- Strong track record of building client relationships as their key point of contact, with experience offering consultative insight and guidance, and a desire to expand into a more consultative, strategic role
- Experience in product testing or brand tracking would be beneficial
- Know your max diffs from your segmentation
- You will be writing reports and creating insight-led presentations which require a very good standard of written English
- Strong presentation skills, credibility in front of clients and ability to present clear information quickly and with gusto!
- Great commercial instincts and experience with proposal writing, spotting opportunities and client account planning
- Demonstrated experience of taking ownership beyond project delivery – for example, becoming a “go to” person on a particular subject, technology, or area of expertise – while following your own passions and inspiring others to engage

- Salary up to £48,000 dependent on location and experience
- Hybrid working with a mix of office and home-based working – min. of 2 days in the office per week
