We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. In this direct sales role, you will represent leading UK charities at private-site locations and door-to-door. You will engage with the public, deliver a clear sales pitch, inspire long-term donors, maintain a professional setup, record accurate data, and contribute to a positive team environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced field environment.
What We Offer
- Training pay: £500 per week (38 hours or pro-rata) for the first 4 weeks
- Post-training pay: £600 per week (38 hours or pro-rata)
- Uncapped commission + monthly performance bonuses
- Realistic OTE ~£45,000 (performance-based, not guaranteed)
- Travel allowance: £50 weekly fuel allowance or £10 per day
- 28 days' paid holiday incl. bank holidays + workplace pension
- Fully paid sales training and onboarding with strong focus on field skills
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Standard hours: 10:00–18:00, Monday–Friday (7.5 hours + 30 min break)

- Comfortable working in a field-based role (private sites + residential areas)
- Willingness to travel locally within the designated area
