What will you be doing?

  • Producing accurate 2D profile drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Working from engineering drawings to create detailed layouts and profiles.
  • Supporting the team in estimating materials and project requirements.
  • Adapting to different tasks in a fast-moving office environment.

What do you need to be considered?

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience with 2D CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Previous engineering experience and/or familiarity with Lantek software is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of material types such as S275, S355, CR4, 304, 316 is preferred.
  • Flexibility and ability to work to instruction in a busy environment.

What’s on offer?

  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour lunch, 39.5 hours per week).
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum.
