Our Maintenance Technicians handle basic mechanical maintenance, janitorial duties, and grounds care to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and high living standards. Responsibilities include fulfilling work orders, preparing vacant apartments for re-rental, cleaning common areas, seasonal grounds maintenance, surface preparation, painting, and organizing utility/mechanical rooms.

The ideal candidate will have broad maintenance knowledge and a background in property management. Physical demands include frequently lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Logistical details include:

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• 40 hours per week
• 15 days Paid Time Off
• $22/hour
