A Day in the Life: Cargo Claims Specialist (0800 - 1700 EST) Trinity Logistics is looking for an inquisitive, no-nonsense individual with a minimum of 2 years claims experience to thrive in our Cargo Claims Specialist role! This role is going to require someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of things while handling the process with the poise and patience that represents Trinity’s service-driven culture! This position is essential for protecting Trinity’s assets and best interest!

Your day to day will involve processing claims, providing solutions along the way, and being the in-house expert on all things claims for Trinity’s customers and carriers! You will have a reliable team to bounce solutions off but will have the freedom to operate individually on your assigned claims; the best of both worlds!
