Trinity Life Sciences seeks ambitious consultants to join our London Commercial Strategy team, delivering high-impact projects in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Diagnostics, and HealthTech. The role supports multiple case teams focused on Brand Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, Go-to-Market Model Strategy, Forecasting, R&D pipeline prioritization, and more, helping clients bring medicines to market and grow their businesses.
Essential Functions
- Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations, including both qualitative and quantitative work.
- Support team members as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff, and communicating as a partner to project managers and leadership.
- Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables and final project reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams, in internal training, and through formal mentorship programmes.
- Have the opportunity to emerge and gain recognition as the internal “expert” in one to two functional or therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three years of life-sciences consulting experience or an MBA/PhD in a relevant life-sciences field.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, medical devices, or diagnostics.
