Contract Part-time (0.4 FTE), Fixed term, August 2026 – August 2027

Salary £35,555 – £42,013 p.a. pro rata (including LWA)

Overview

Trinity Laban is a forward-thinking, contemporary and world-class Higher Education Institution with a vision to redefine the conservatoire for the 21st century. It provides specialist education of the highest quality, reflecting the increasingly collaborative world of artistic practice and supporting the lifelong career development of students and professional performing artists.

Responsibilities

  • Operational delivery of designated activities, including Saturday classes in dance and musical theatre, performances, and events.
  • Organisation of a new programme of musical‑theatre classes for children and young people, with administrative support from the Programme Coordinator and oversight from the Programme Manager.
  • Take initiative, lead a public-facing team on delivery days, take a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and communicate effectively with young people, parents/carers, teachers/artists, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and data handling.
  • Provide flexible working, including regular Saturdays and occasional evenings during term time.

Qualifications

  • Skilled and knowledgeable manager with excellent organisational and administrative skills, a genuine interest and passion for dance and musical theatre, and enthusiasm for working with young people and the wider community.
  • Commitment to widening participation in the arts is essential.
