The Finance team advises lenders, development finance institutions, sponsors, developers, investors and governments on project finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and related project development matters, with a particular focus on transactions in emerging and frontier markets.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate or Counsel to join our Finance / practice.

This is a full-time role based in our London office, with hybrid working requiring no fewer than three days per week in the office.

The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border financing transactions across emerging markets, often involving leading sponsors, infrastructure developers, commercial lenders, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, multilaterals and public sector stakeholders.

Although the role will be primarily focused on financing transactions, Trinity does not believe in lawyers having an unduly narrow focus.
