What we are looking for: At Trinity International College, we are seeking passionate, motivated, and forward-thinking educators who are eager to inspire young minds and make a lasting difference. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English that are aligned with the Cambridge Secondary IGCSE O Level and A Level syllabuses.
- Prepare students for international examinations, including Cambridge Checkpoints and IGCSE O level and A level.
- Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Monitor and track students’ progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and school events.
- Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum changes, best teaching practices and attend training that is conducted by Cambridge International.
Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification preferred (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, QTS, or MOE-recognised certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong instructional delivery, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time teachers that specialize in delivering the Cambridge – O level and A level subjects.
- Bachelor’s Degree and an excellent grade in the relevant subject or subjects.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary: SGD 3,800–5,000/month
- Medical insurance, and CPF contributions (where applicable)
