About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. The successful candidate will produce high-quality printed products using manual and semi-automatic screen printing equipment, ensuring all work meets customer specifications, quality standards and production deadlines. This role involves printing a wide range of industrial products, including nameplates, labels, decals, signs and bespoke printed components for customers across sectors such as aerospace, automotive and manufacturing. You will work with a variety of metal and plastic substrates while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up manual and semi-automatic screen printing machines.
- Prepare screens, inks and substrates for production.
- Mix inks to customer specifications and colour requirements.
- Print onto a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, brass, polycarbonate, polyester, vinyl and other plastic substrates.
- Ensure accurate registration and colour consistency.
- Carry out print runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Complete first-off inspections before production begins.
