We are currently recruiting for a Paint Line Lead Setter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and overseeing the paint line to ensure smooth and efficient operation
  • Leading and supervising a team of 5 operatives
  • Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
