We are looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly & Picking Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing and warehouse team in the Merry Hill area. This is a hands-on role involving the assembly of products, order picking, packing, and supporting the smooth running of the production process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products accurately to quality standards and production targets.
- Pick customer orders using pick sheets, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Pack finished products safely and securely for dispatch.
- Carry out quality inspections on assembled products and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks when required.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production and customer deadlines.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, warehouse, or picking role.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
