We are currently recruiting for a Paint Line Lead Setter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and overseeing the paint line to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Leading and supervising a team of 5 operatives
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues on the line
- Taking responsibility for locking up the site at the end of shift
