We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role involving loading and unloading vehicles, order picking, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and must be able to work efficiently and safely in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
  • Working from picking lists to prepare and move stock accurately
  • Loading and unloading deliveries and outbound vehicles
  • Handling a high volume of vehicle movements, including 10–12 articulated lorries per day
  • Supporting general warehouse duties as required
  • Ensuring stock is stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept organised

Skills & Experience Required

  • Valid FLT licence and previous forklift driving experience
  • Experience working within a busy warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to work accurately from picking lists
  • Experience loading and unloading articulated lorries
  • Good awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available during the week, paid at x1.333
