We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Setter with strong experience on VMC machines and ideally lathe experience. This role focuses on programming and setting VMC equipment, with additional exposure to lathe work where required. You’ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating VMC machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. When not setting, you’ll be hands-on operating both VMC and lathe machines on the shop floor.
What we need:
- Proven experience programming and setting VMC machines
- Experience with lathe machines (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
