Join us as an IT Senior Service and Support Engineer at Trinity House This is a Fixed Term β 2 Years position based in Harwich, offering a salary range of Β£37,768 to Β£42,803 per annum , working 37 hours per week . If you are a current team leader or aspiring to advance your career to a Senior IT Service and Support Engineer, this role could be perfect for you. We are seeking someone with: Extensive experience in first and second line IT support A natural curiosity and enthusiasm for technology Excellent customer support skills and problem-solving abilities A desire to work across a variety of systems and technologies The ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer excellent training and development opportunities. The role is primarily based in Harwich, with flexible hybrid working arrangements post-training. It involves participating in a shift roster (covering 0700-1900, Monday to Friday), on-call duties once every eight weeks, potential overtime, and occasional travel to other UK sites.
