About the Role
- We are seeking two experienced Programme Managers to support delivery of projects within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Programme.
- You will lead and coordinate delivery of digital and IT-enabled change, supporting the rollout of systems, improving business processes, and ensuring effective user adoption.
- Initial priorities are expected to include Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), alongside wider transformation activity.
- This role requires a practical, delivery-focused approach, with regular engagement with operational teams.
- The role is hybrid, with typically two days per week based in our Harwich office.
- Lead delivery of multiple digital and IT-enabled projects.
- Support rollout and adoption of systems and tools.
- Work with teams to improve processes and ways of working.
- Provide hands-on user support, training, and guidance.
- Manage stakeholders, suppliers, risks, and delivery plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and user-focused change.
About You
- PRINCE2 or equivalent (essential).
- Experience delivering digital or IT change projects.
- Experience supporting system rollouts (e.g. Microsoft 365).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and user support skills.
- Practical, delivery-focused approach.
