We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive finance professional to operate across reporting, planning, analysis and business partnering. This is a broad, high-visibility role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
The Role- Deliver insightful monthly reporting, adding clear, value-driven commentary
- Lead variance analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
- Own weekly cash flow forecasting, supporting liquidity and planning
- Partner with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and performance
- Support long-term planning and scenario modelling to guide strategic decisions
- Build strong relationships across sales, marketing and technical teams
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Support ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
