Finance Business Partner in Warwick

We\’re partnering with a high-growth business based in Warwick that is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support the next phase of its expansion.

This is a highly commercial role where you\’ll work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams, helping to drive performance across revenue streams and supporting key strategic decisions.

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you\’ll act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team, providing insights around revenue performance, pricing, margins and new commercial opportunities.

You\’ll play a key role in understanding revenue drivers, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to drive revenue performance
• Analyse revenue streams, pricing strategies and margin performance
• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning
• Provide insight and challenge to support strategic decision-making
• Develop financial models to assess new opportunities and initiatives
• Present clear and actionable insights to senior stakeholders

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight
• Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders
• Enjoys working in a growing, fast-moving business
