HR Administrator
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands (hybrid, 2 days per week on site)
Contract: Interim, day rate contract to December 2026 (FTC considered)
Day Rate: £150 per day

Trinity House Group is recruiting for three Interim HR Administrators for a well established business in Tamworth.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Administrator to support a trust through a significant period of change. You will act as the first point of contact for primary school leaders, working alongside senior HR advisers and escalating more complex matters as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Acting as the first line point of contact for queries
- Supporting due diligence work ahead of transfer, including single central record accuracy and data checks.
- Supporting meetings with incoming trusts as schools progress through the rebrokering process.
- Working alongside senior HR advisors and business partners to ensure consistent HR support across the trust.
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable operating during a period of ongoing organisational change.
- Confident managing low level HR queries independently and clear on when to escalate.
- Able to build credibility quickly with senior school leaders and manage multiple relationships.
