  • Develop and maintain robust stakeholder relationships across business units to ensure financial accountability and ownership.
  • Support the long-term financial planning process, including scenario modelling and risk analysis.
  • Contribute to the delivery of departmental KPIs and service improvements.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and commercially-minded qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience in a business partnering or senior finance role. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop and inspire a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical capability and a track record of adding value through insight and challenge.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation—public or private sector.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with hands-on delivery focus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Agresso/Unit4 or similar) would be beneficial.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role within a purpose-driven organisation that values innovation, continuous improvement and professional development. If you’re ready to take the next step in your finance career, we’d love to hear from you.
