Job Description

Trinity House Group are looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented business. This is a high-impact role, working closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain teams to drive performance, unlock insight, and shape future strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights by linking financial data to broader strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust financial and operational controls to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Elevate the clarity and relevance of financial reporting to better inform business decision-making.
  • Apply commercial expertise to guide stakeholders in evaluating strategic options that drive financial success.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and their teams to support financial and operational goals.
  • Support the development of accurate budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Identify and implement improvements across financial reporting, controls, and planning to enhance efficiency and insight.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into meaningful insight.
  • Comfortable challenging and supporting senior stakeholders in equal measure.
  • Previous experience partnering with Manufacturing or Supply Chain teams is highly desirable.
