Trinity House Group are looking for a dynamic finance professional with exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. With a proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and informed decision-making. You’ll have strong stakeholder management experience, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and advanced Excel skills for handling large data sets. Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus. A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) and a UK driving license are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analytical reviews of financial information to support strategic decision-making, including business case modelling, strategic projects, ad hoc assignments, and monthly financial reviews.
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide robust challenge on performance against targets.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams, delivering high-quality insights and analysis to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the wider team to automate processes and improve the use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, enhancing reporting and data analysis across the business.
Key Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of providing financial analysis and support to business stakeholders, helping to manage performance and optimize decision-making.
- Experience in building budgets and forecasts from both a 'bottom-up' and 'top-down' approach, with the ability to design and implement forecasting and budgeting models.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, building professional relationships with individuals at all levels, including managers and senior leaders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines across various business units.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience analysing large data sets.
- Experience with Power BI and SAP is highly desirable.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA).
- UK Driving license.
