About the Role
We are recruiting a Management Accountant for a growing construction and infrastructure business. This is a hands-on role where you will support the Head of Finance in rebuilding and improving the finance function. You will take ownership of management accounts, month-end processes, and reporting improvements while working closely with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts within a 5–7 day close cycle
- Supporting finance operations (AP, AR, credit control)
- Improving reporting processes and financial controls
- Working within COINS construction accounting software
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting
- Driving improvements in Excel-based financial models
