Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function during a critical period of transition. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide key insights and strategic financial analysis to support decision-making, enhance financial performance, and contribute to the business’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and improve financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and financial recommendations. Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends and drivers. Support strategic initiatives, such as cost optimisation, investment appraisals, and scenario planning.
