Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function during a critical period of transition. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide key insights and strategic financial analysis to support decision-making, enhance financial performance, and contribute to the business’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and improve financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and financial recommendations. Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
