I am delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance for an excellent organisation within their property services team. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver robust financial guidance, strategic analysis, and ensure financial compliance across a £100 million+ expenditure budget. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team and driving continuous improvement and transformation across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial and management reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the production of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial input to senior leadership and board members.
  • Lead analytical reviews and financial planning to shape operational decision-making.
  • Drive robust cost control and optimise financial performance across Property Services.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to meet business needs and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to change management and transformation programmes across the Group.

Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a large, complex, and commercially driven organisation.
  • Strong business partnering capabilities – able to translate complex financials into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
