We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Head of Group Reporting into a pivotal role within an international finance team. This is a newly created opportunity supporting senior leadership in driving the delivery of high quality financial reporting, providing insight to influence strategic decision-making and implementing process and systems improvement across a complex, multi-entity environment.
We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong financial reporting capability and a flair for FP&A.
Head of Group Reporting - The Role- Partner with divisional and group finance teams to analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights for the SLT.
- Contribute to the organisation's wider technology roadmap with a focus on supporting the development of consolidation reporting tools.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgets and strategic plans.
- Coordinate reporting cycles, including trading updates and stakeholder deliverables.
- Leverage BI tools to provide analysis to the wider divisional teams.
- Support senior management with presentations, analysis and business-critical insights.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and tools.
