Overview

Trinity House Group are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with this market leading, innovative business, as we support them in the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst, based in Northampton. We are seeking an ambitious individual with analytical business support experience to support the Head of FP&A.

The Job

You will be a hands-on, commercially minded analyst with proven experience of building relationships with stakeholders to take a joined-up, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
  • Support the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare high-quality financial reports and data to senior management.
  • Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
  • Identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes, systems and reporting.
  • Managing and developing a team of Analysts.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and influencing abilities.
  • Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Ideally managerial experience.
