Trinity House Group is exclusively working with a highly acquisitive PE-backed business that is reshaping its finance structure. This newly created FP&A Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage and play a hands-on role in designing and embedding FP&A from the ground up.
The Role
You will be the first dedicated FP&A hire, working closely with a high-caliber CFO and leadership team. Your focus will be on building robust reporting, forward-looking analysis, and decision support to help drive value creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a scalable FP&A framework
- Developing and owning budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Creating insightful dashboards, KPIs, and board-ready MI
- Supporting M&A and investment analysis as the business grows
- Business partnering with commercial and operational teams to inform strategy
You should be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Comfort with rolling up your sleeves and influencing at senior levels is essential.
Person:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or fast-paced business is beneficial
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build from scratch
- Excellent Excel and modeling skills; Power BI or similar experience is a bonus
