This is a genuinely commercial finance role, not a back office one. You'll be the key link between Operations and Finance, providing the analysis, governance and challenge that drives performance across the business. What you'll be doing: Business partnering the Operations Director and senior operational team, translating financial performance into commercial insight they can act on Owning weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, KPIs, variance analysis and commentary Leading annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with operational stakeholders to secure buy in Building business cases and capital expenditure proposals to support investment decisions Taking ownership of the P experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus A natural communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels This is a great opportunity for a qualified or experienced finance professional who wants genuine commercial exposure and a seat at the table with operational leadership.
