Trinity House Group is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a strategic Finance Business Partner. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments, driving financial performance and supporting long-term planning. As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while providing insightful analysis to inform decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in managing complex funding streams, project costing, and investment appraisals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial commentary
- Leading budget creation and monitoring performance against targets
- Producing forecasts and five-year financial plans
- Supporting strategic initiatives and advising senior leadership
- Managing relationships with external funders and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in finance business partnering within complex organisations
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 is offered plus excellent annual leave entitlement, and flexible working. Hybrid working (2 days per week).
