Trinity House Group is working in partnership with a large, complex engineering and manufacturing organisation who are looking for an Interim Chief Financial Officer. The business is entering a significant period of transformation and growth, requiring experienced interim leadership to strengthen financial capability, improve forward-looking insight and support strategic decision-making at Board level.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Interim CFO, partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Board during a critical phase of change
- Lead the evolution of FP&A capability, tools and processes across multiple regions
- Provide overall leadership of the finance function, including financial control, management reporting, commercial finance, tax, treasury and operational finance
- Ensure strong financial governance, controls and compliance across the group
- Act as a strategic partner to operational leaders to drive performance improvement and value creation
- Work across multiple sites, with regular travel to regional operations to drive alignment and consistency
Candidate Profile
- Experienced interim or transformational CFO with a proven track record operating at Board level within a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable deputising for the CEO when required and acting as a visible leader across the European business
- Deep FP&A expertise gained within complex, international or multi-site organisations
- Highly commercial, analytical and credible, with the gravitas to partner closely with the CEO, Board and investors
- Strong leader with the ability to inspire teams, drive change and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
