I’m partnering with a large, complex UK organisation to appoint a Group FP&A Lead Accountant into a highly visible role supporting Board, Executive Committee and CFO-level decision making. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, qualified accountant who enjoys operating at group level and influencing senior stakeholders.
The role will involve:
- Ownership of monthly Group management reporting for senior leadership
- Leading quarterly forecasting and supporting annual budgeting cycles
- Playing a key role in half-year and year-end reporting
- Delivering clear, insightful analysis and performance commentary
- Acting as a trusted finance partner, able to challenge and influence
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting and FP&A processes
About you:
- Strong FP&A / Group reporting experience within a large or complex environment
