I’m partnering with a large, complex UK organisation to appoint a Group FP&A Lead Accountant into a highly visible role supporting Board, Executive Committee and CFO-level decision making. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, qualified accountant who enjoys operating at group level and influencing senior stakeholders.

The role will involve:

  • Ownership of monthly Group management reporting for senior leadership
  • Leading quarterly forecasting and supporting annual budgeting cycles
  • Playing a key role in half-year and year-end reporting
  • Delivering clear, insightful analysis and performance commentary
  • Acting as a trusted finance partner, able to challenge and influence
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting and FP&A processes

  • Strong FP&A / Group reporting experience within a large or complex environment
