Trinity House Group are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with this market leading innovative business, as we support them in the recruitment of Finance Analyst, based in Coventry. We are seeking an ambitious individual, with a desire to progress into a commercial role. We are seeing candidates who are looking for this first move into industry from practice (ideally Big 4). This is a rare opportunity to step straight into a strategic role with full training and support.

The Job

  • You will be a hands-on, commercially minded analyst, with proven experience of building relationships within stakeholders to take a joined up, proactive approach.
  • Duties include:
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
  • Support the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare high-quality financial reports and data to senior management.
  • Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
  • Identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes, systems and reporting.

Requirements

  • ACA Qualified, or finalist.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and influencing abilities.
  • Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
