We are seeking an ambitious individual, with a desire to progress into a commercial role. We are seeing candidates who are looking for this first move into industry from practice (ideally Big 4). This is a rare opportunity to step straight into a strategic role with full training and support.
The Job
- You will be a hands-on, commercially minded analyst, with proven experience of building relationships within stakeholders to take a joined up, proactive approach.
- Duties include:
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
- Support the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Prepare high-quality financial reports and data to senior management.
- Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
- Identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Support the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes, systems and reporting.
Requirements
- ACA Qualified, or finalist.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and influencing abilities.
- Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
