Trinity House Group are supporting a high-growth business looking to appoint a Corporate Finance & M&A Manager to play a key role in acquisitions, disposals, and strategic investment activity. This is a hands-on role with genuine exposure to senior leadership and deal execution end-to-end.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading and supporting M&A activity across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion and post-deal integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
  • Financial modelling, valuation, and investment appraisal
  • Leading due diligence processes and coordinating external advisers
  • Preparing board-level papers and investment cases
  • Supporting post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
  • Contributing to broader corporate strategy and growth initiatives

About You

Strong background in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services, or advisory

Proven experience delivering transactions from start to finish

Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder-management skills
